Terms and Conditions

Access to this site and any order are subject to the present general terms and conditions of sale below. We recommend that you read them carefully.

The client declares to be able to conclude the present contract.

The order by the customer implies the irrevocable adhesion to the present General Conditions of Sale by the action of clicking on the button “I have read and I accept the General Conditions of Sale”.

Sunnah Labs Ltd manages the meziana.co.uk website. It is responsible for selling Meziana brand products in the United Kingdom

2 – Products

2.1 – All products are available within the limits of available stocks.
2.2 – If the product is out of stock, this is clearly indicated on the website and it is no longer possible to place an order until the product is available again.
2.3 – In the exceptional case where the client has ordered a product that is out of stock, Meziana sends him an e-mail to keep him informed and offer him the following options :
– a refund;
– an exchange;
– wait until the date of the next availability that will be specified.

3 – Prices

3.1 – The prices of the products are indicated in pounds sterling (£) inclusive of any applicable VAT.
3.2 – The prices of the products are indicated on the website and do not include shipping costs, invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased at the time of placing the order except in the case where it is indicated that shipping costs are offered.
3.3 – Meziana reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is placed by the client.

4 – Order

4.1 – the client declares that he has accepted these general terms and conditions of sale before placing the order.
4.2 – All orders must be identified by a client account.
4.3 – Any order implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, without prejudice to the contractual conditions entered into between both parties.
4.4 – All orders must be entered on the website https://meziana.co.uk.
4.5 – The client must ensure the accuracy of the mandatory data he provides in the “My Account” section. Any changes must be mentioned as soon as possible.
4.6 – Meziana reserves the right to suspend or cancel any Order and/or delivery, whatever its nature and level of performance, in the event of non-payment or partial payment of any sum due by the client to Meziana, in the event of a payment incident, or in the event of fraud or attempted fraud.

5 – Order validation

5.1 – As soon as payment has been validated, an order confirmation will be sent to the customer’s e-mail address by Meziana.
5.2 – The customer will express his final acceptance by paying the full amount of his order.
5.3 – The customer will have the possibility to check the details of his order, the total amount and modify or correct any errors before validating it.

6 – Payment

6.1 – By credit/debit card via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted. The transaction is carried out securely. The entire order is debited at the time of payment validation. By submitting payment details, the client authorises Sunnah Labs Ltd to debit their account up to the value of the order.
6.2 – Meziana will process the order upon receipt of payment. Consequently, the delivery periods applicable in this case are those communicated on the day of receipt of payment and can therefore be modified compared to those mentioned on the day of placing the order.
6.3 – The data recorded and stored by Meziana constitutes proof of the order and of all sales made.

7 – Delivery

7.1 – We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. Delivery periods are indicated on the product page when placing an order. When the order is shipped, the client receives an email confirmation. 
7.2 – In the event that the order is delivered after the deadline indicated at the time of the client’s order, the latter has the right to request a full refund of his order and shipping costs, without the return shipping costs being at his expense.
7.3 – The client’s order will be delivered to the address indicated by the client as the delivery address on the relevant Order « Delivery Address ». 
7.4 – In the event of non-conformity of the products with the order, the client must send Meziana an e-mail of dispute. Meziana will exchange the product or refund it according to the client’s choice. The shipping costs will be borne by Meziana.

8 – Cancellation and return

8.1 – If the client is not satisfied with his order, he may request a full refund without justification within 30 days after the delivery date. Meziana undertakes to reimburse the entirety of his order to the client. The right to reimbursement is only possible once per household (same name and same address). Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason, and a further 14 days to return it. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless the product is faulty or incorrect. Returns are only accepted for unopened and sealed products.

9 – Risk and title

9.1 – The client assumes the risks related to the products as of the delivery.  The property of the products will be transferred to the client only when Meziana will have received the integral payment of the sums due with regard to the products, including the expenses of delivery, or at the date of the delivery if it intervenes at a later date of payment.

11 – Disclaimer

11.1 – Black seed oil (nigella sativa oil) is a natural product that has been used for thousands of years and has been widely studied by medical universities around the world (these studies are available online at the US National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health at the following address: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?term=nigella+sativa).It is a natural product with a long history of traditional use. While it is generally well tolerated, individual reactions may vary. Please consult your healthcare provider before use. No adverse effects were reported during normal use.

However the company Sunnah Labs Ltd can not be held responsible for any problems arising from abnormal use of black seed oil.

Is considered as a normal use the application of black seed oil on the skin, on the hair or the drink of black seed oil in reasonable quantities, that is to say that do not move away from excessive manner of the quantity usually consumed, which is one teaspoon per day (ie 5ml).

Is notably, without this list being exclusive, considered abnormal use:

– Any use not being done by the usual ways. For example, putting black seed oil in the eyes will be considered an abnormal use.

– Any excessive consumption of black seed oil. That is to say a use that exceeds excessively the amount usually consumed which is one teaspoon per day (5ml). For example, consuming 10 teaspoons or less will be considered excessive consumption and therefore abnormal use.

12 – Force Majeure

12.1 – We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our contractual obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, failure to perform, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control.

Our performance under the Contract shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure and our performance deadlines shall be extended accordingly. We shall use our best efforts to put an end to the Force Majeure or to find a solution enabling us to perform our contractual obligations despite the Force Majeure.

At Meziana we respect your privacy. We do not share your data except as necessary to process your order (e.g. our UK fulfilment partner). We comply with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.
